We need:
- a Steak
- some paper
- some salt
- some potatoes
- some milk
- some butter
- some bourbon
- some dry white wine
- some olive oil
- some garlic
- one a lemon
- some asparagus
- some rosemary
- some thyme
- some cream
it’s all very expensive… but it’s worth it!
Begin:
- Cook a steak.
- A steak we sprinkle with salt and paper and put in to package and this all put in to multicooker. And cook at 58 degrees about one and a half hour.
- Cook some mashed potatoes.
- While it is preparing, we clear potatoes and cut them in a half. Put in pot of water and boil until ready.
- When ready, drain the water add some milk and salt.
- It’s all crumple.
- Cook some sauce.
- Fry some fresh ground paper and when will smell like chocolate add some olive oil and some grated garlic.
- Add some bourbon with some wine.
- Set fire and waited while alcohol burn.
- Add some cream and some salt.
- Pass through a sieve.
- Cook some asparagus.
- Fry some asparagus with some garlic.
- One minute before readiness add some lemon fresh.
- And when an hour and a half passed fry steak on frying pan.
- Add some thyme, some rosemary and some butter and we water our steak with this fat.
- Make it ready
