Hello, hello, hello my young scullion, and this is, what you understand, we cook. And in this post about perfect, idealistic steak. Today I don’t have time and something ingredients so it is simple recipe without photo. Okay. Begin:

We need:

1. a Steak
2. some paper
3. some salt
4. some potatoes
5. some milk
6. some butter
7. some bourbon
8. some dry white wine
9. some olive oil
10. some garlic
11. one a lemon
12. some asparagus
13. some rosemary
14. some thyme
15. some cream

it’s all very expensive… but it’s worth it!

               Begin:

1. Cook a steak.
   1. A steak we sprinkle with salt and paper and put in to package and this all put in to multicooker. And cook at 58 degrees about one and a half hour.
2. Cook some mashed potatoes.
   1. While it is preparing, we clear potatoes and cut them in a half. Put in pot of water and boil until ready.
   1. When ready, drain the water add some milk and salt.
   1. It’s all crumple.
3. Cook some sauce.
   1. Fry some fresh ground paper and when will smell like chocolate add some olive oil and some grated garlic.
   2. Add some bourbon with some wine.
   3. Set fire and waited while alcohol burn.
   4. Add some cream and some salt.
   5. Pass through a sieve.
4. Cook some asparagus.
   1. Fry some asparagus with some garlic.
   2. One minute before readiness add some lemon fresh. 
5. And when an hour and a half passed fry steak on frying pan.
   1. Add some thyme, some rosemary and some butter and we water our steak with this fat.
   2. Make it ready

And voila bon appetite!!!

Read book. Classic novel it’s very hard for me. But bought book and I Ned study, so first listen part in rus and read… Maybe will listen in eng, when finish book. But when it will be?)

Today cooking chops with pasta. Very fast and tasty.

Gadgets:

Clear laptop and phone. Saved only contacts and photo.

English:

Changed language in phone on English. Left only one: think in English.

Sport:

Tomorrow will run seven kilometers and hart train. But now all hurt.

Eat:

Yesterday cooked “udon” national Japanese eat. Very tasty, on work all personal looked on me and desired to taste

4. Read 3 chapters of the book

5. Go to Svijaga and fly on the paraplan

Four days ago i begin be friends with sport. It’s interesting because i workout in last time in one years ago. In army. And now, when i don’t have free time – begin… It’s very interesting…

Still i get offer about career climb… Offer it’s very good, but i have goal…
While i fink, but i don’ t give my goal!

We all love to dream. Remember, how much you tell yourself that you will become someone, buy or build something … but you haven’t done it … having in stock millions reason you didn’t first step.

Well … I tell you directly, it is not because of someone, not because of circumstances, or not enough time. This is only because of YOU. You have no goal! Therefore, if you do not have a goal, you don’t need your dream, you lived well without it.

But still imagine. You walk on the city and passing by you Ford Mustang, about you dream, and here it is in front of you, but not yours. You light up and want the same, but at first ad in Avito your zeal disappears in a moment, stumbling about price tag in a forty thousand dollars… Why you don’t buy this car? Because you don’t have enough money? But this does not make your dream impossible, you just saw the path at the end of which is your dream. For realization, witch not enough desire and word “Want”, this need more…years of hardship in constant savings, maybe even a change of job, which you probably don’t like at all, but how difficult is it to first step…

And you decided. Congratulations! You have a goal. Goal it’s not the tidbit it used to be, it’s imbued toil and sweat the way, witch you need go, and from witch not once want leave. But at the end more coveted and at times expensive for you “prize” Ford Mustang… You live the day, in wich will buy this car.

And this hour has come… Years of striving for a single dream, and you could! You sit in your car and enjoy caressing ear 7-liter V-shaped engine and at the slightest touch pedal of speed level adrenaline with dopamine in your organism jumps to unreal values. Enjoy this moment. All euphoria will disappear because of the cost of gasoline … insurance … and unrealistically expensive maintenance of your iron horse …

And everything seems to be not so good… spending, unreal spending founds, for one goal. Maybe it’s all was mistake… maybe it’s dangerous to dream, that over their thorny way and “tasty prize” led to an empty pocket and superfluous experiences. NO!

The dream has been achieved and, by all the laws of energy conservation, you are rushing to new dreams. No money?! It’s not like a new dream to find a job that you like and with decent pay, which is enough not only for a car and making ends. You deserve more! You can dream and seek! And that makes you exceptional! So let us dream and fulfill our dreams for our own good! For this, we are created so that you want to live as YOU want, and not the system!

We all feel fear of the stage, but we can confronting with it.

Primarily you need good prepare before the performance. You need read, watch, feel about your theme, you have to understand that you speak. And the sooner you start, the more you can get information.

If you don’t want, better not start. Because if you started your speech, you must have a strong desire to achieve your goal.

You must act confidently. Everyone feels your fear, so do not panic, calm down and act.
